Baby Tracker: weight, feeding and routine
We built these tools to keep track of the everyday details with our twins. Now you can use them too.
I’m Sreepradhaa, amma to Dhruthi, who is six, and our twins, Smruthi and Skanda.
Baby weight tracker
Keep a weekly record of your baby’s weight and view their growth chart.
Why I made this
Weight gain was one of the details I wanted to keep track of in our twins’ early weeks. I built this tracker to bring dated weight entries and a growth chart into one place, rather than relying on memory or scattered notes.
How it can help in the first three months
When you are tired and wondering how your baby is growing, a dated record can help you see the trend and bring clear information to a paediatric appointment. The reference chart gives context; it does not replace your baby’s individual assessment.
Record weights in kilograms. The tracker includes export and import buttons for backing up your entries.

Baby feeding tracker
Log feeds with a live timer, or add a feed manually when you have a moment.
Why I made this
With two babies feeding on demand, remembering who fed when can be a lot to hold in your head. I built this tracker to make it easier to record feeds as they happen, or add an entry later when there is a free hand.
How it can help in the first three months
A simple feed history can make handovers easier and help you describe your baby’s feeding pattern at a check-up. It supports your memory during busy newborn days; feed duration alone does not tell you how much milk your baby received.
Use the timer when a feed begins, then stop and save it. You can also look back through feed history.

Baby routine tracker
Keep diaper changes and sleep in one place, with awake windows at a glance.
Why I made this
In the newborn weeks, sleep and diaper changes can blur together. I built this tracker so those little details could sit in one place, alongside a view of the time between sleeps.
How it can help in the first three months
Logging sleep and diaper changes can help you notice patterns and share a clearer picture with someone helping you care for your baby. Use it to understand your baby’s day, with room for changing needs rather than a rigid schedule.
Log a diaper change or start a sleep timer. Review today, this week and your past entries.

Using your download
Click the download button to save the HTML file. Open the saved file in a compatible browser whenever you need it. On a phone, you may need to choose a browser from your file manager.
Your entries stay in that browser on that device. They do not automatically sync between devices. Keep using the same file and browser; clearing browser data can remove saved entries. Use each tracker’s Export Excel button to keep a backup.
If your phone previews the file without working controls, use a desktop browser. The trackers load their fonts online, but do not need an account.
Each downloaded HTML tracker includes Excel (.xlsx) import and export for your saved entries. Resources are provided as HTML files.
